The Pupil Insights team work at Greenshaw Research School. After many years of working with school leaders on the use of evidence in education and delivering professional development, the team launched Pupil Insights in Summer 2025 as an additional service.

The surveys have been developed for schools or trusts to help understand belonging, wellbeing, learning and inclusion within their school based on validated research scales. The reporting allows schools to see key trends and comparisons in their school - and understand the next steps for them through our guidance notes (or additional services can be requested).
